FAQ

The safety of our guests and associates is our number one priority, and we have implemented several enhanced security procedures at the front gate. As part of the process:

  • Guests arriving at the Fair will go through metal detection.
  • All bags, purses, backpacks, waist packs, etc. are subject to inspection prior to entering.
  • Sharp objects (including pocket knives and metal chains), firearms, or other items that could be considered a weapon are strictly prohibited and should be left at home or secured in your vehicle.
  • No outside food or beverage is allowed inside Fair.* Bags are subject to search before entering. *Exceptions can be made for Babies and guests with special dietary needs

We use a variety of methods to secure the Fair, including uniformed and plain clothes officers.

Fair does not tolerate guests who fight and/or harass other guests while on our property. People who engage this behavior are subject to being ejected and potentially banned from the Fair and may be subject to arrest by local police.

Selfie sticks are permitted in the Fair, but their use is strictly prohibited on any ride due to potential safety risks. Violation of this policy may lead to dismissal from the Fair.

All drones (Unmanned Aerial Systems) are prohibited at (in) all Fairs, including Fair. Any unauthorized drone(s) observed over Fair will be reported to the FAA and local law enforcement, regardless of its point of origin or operation. Drones may pose a potential safety risk and may violate Federal Aviation Administration guidelines.

For safety reasons, on-ride photography of any kind is strictly prohibited on any ride.

No pets are allowed in the Fair except for service animals.

Children who are three-years-old and younger receive free admission into Fair, and a ticket is not required for admission into the Fair. They do need ride tickets or a Wristband to ride on the rides.

Shirt, bottoms and shoes must be worn at all times. Profanity, obscene gestures and statements, pictures of illegal substances, insignia of paramilitary groups, all gang-related items on clothing, costumes, or disguises that conceal identity are prohibited and admission to the Fair may be refused.

Line jumping, cutting in front of others, saving a place in line, or leaving a line and trying to re-enter may lead to ejection from the Fair. Please report line jumping to any Fair associate or Fair security.

Tickets are non–refundable and non–transferable. Please be sure you have selected the correct tickets and the correct number of tickets before completing your purchase.

Chaperone Policy:

The safety of our guests and associates has always been our top priority at Fair.  Over the past few years, there have been increasing incidents of unruly and inappropriate behavior across our industry and at other major entertainment venues.

We are committed to keeping the Fair a place where families and friends come together to enjoy a one-of-a-kind Fair full of fun experiences and immersive entertainment.

Under this policy, all guests ages 15 years old or younger must be accompanied by a chaperone who is at least 21 years old in order to be admitted to, or remain in the Fair. The policy will be in effect daily by 4:00 p.m. local time — Fair reserves the right to begin enforcing the Chaperone Policy earlier on any given day.

The chaperone must present a valid government-issued photo identification with date of birth at ticket entry. One (1) chaperone may accompany no more than ten (10) guests ages 15 or younger per day. In addition, the chaperone must accompany their party during entry, remain inside the Fair during their visit, and be available by phone throughout their stay.

Guests 16 years of age or older may be asked to present a valid government issued photo identification (Driver’s license, State Issued ID Card, Passport) with date of birth at entry to verify their age. If unable to verify proof of age, guests may be denied entry into the Fair.

Guests ages 15 years old or younger who are found inside the Fair unaccompanied by a chaperone when the Chaperone Policy is in effect will be subject to ejection.

We believe these changes will help ensure that Fair continues to have a positive atmosphere where generations of families and friends can gather for a day of safe fun and good food.
